Gingerbread Baking Cookies Sweet

White Chip Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients & Directions


2 1/4 c Flour 3/4 c Granulated sugar
2/3 c Baking cocoa 2/3 c Brown sugar, packed
1 t Baking soda 1 t Vanilla extract
1/4 t Salt 2 Eggs
1 c Margarine/butter, softened 2 c (12-oz pkg) nestle toll
-(2 sticks) -house premier white morsels

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl.

Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer
bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixtrue.
Stir in morsels. Drop by well-rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking
sheets.

Bake in preheated 350degF oven for 9 to 11 minutes. Let stand for 2
minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen
cookies.
