Chocolate Orange Coffee Cakes

Ingredients & Directions


1 pk Fudge marble cake mix 3 Eggs
1 c Water 1 ts Orange extract; or 2 tsp
1/3 c Oil -grated orange peel

-STREUSEL TOPPING-
1/2 c Brown sugar 1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Nuts; finely chopped

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 round 9″ pans. Beat cake mix,
water, oil and eggs in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on
medium speed 2 minutes. Pour 1 1/2 cups batter into small bowl; blend
in marbling mixture on low speed. Stir orange extract into yellow
batter. Divide yellow batter between pans. Drop chocolate batter
randomly in 3 or 4 mounds onto yellow batter in each pan. Cut
through batter with knife in S shaped curves in one continuous
motion. Turn pan 1/4 turn and repeat. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 28
to 32 minutes. Serve warm.
