Ingredients & Directions
1/3 c Honey
1/3 c Molasses
1 ea Head of garlic, minced
2 tb Whole cumin seed
3 tb Coriander seed
1 tb Peppercorns
8 ea Dried chilis
2 ea Bay leaf
3 tb Tomato paste
48 oz Tomato sauce
4 c White vinegar
4 c Water
1/4 c Salt
Cook honey-chilis 30 minutes. Add tomato sauce, cook an additional 15
minutes. Add rest of ingredients, simmer 10 minutes.
