Mix well and pat into
-10-inch springform pan.
CAKE
2 lb CREAM CHEESE (good quality),
-softened in
Microwave for 2 mins on high
1 c SUGAR
5 Jumbo EGGS, warmed in micro
-for 25 secs
1/2 c HEAVY CREAM
1/4 c CORNSTARCH
1 tb VANILLA
20 OREOS, each broken into 4
-pieces
6 oz WHITE CHOCOLATE, melted
-(optional)
