2 Cubes butter (don’t not
-substitute)
2 Eggs; well-beaten
1 1/2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
Pecan halves
Combine butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each
addition. Then add flour and remaining ingredients. Chill for one hour.
Drop by small balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Press pecan half in center
of each cookie. Bake 350′ for 9-10 minutes. NOTE: The edges should be
lightly browned. Makes around 40.
